On Wednesday, 26 November 2025, the Department of Law, Economics and Culture hosted the webinar “Gender and Political Representation: Towards Equitable Participation in the World” in the Aula Magna in Varese. The meeting brought together scholars working on the issue of gender representation in politics, with presentations ranging from the evolution of criminal justice in Italy to transnational experiences of female participation and prospects for equality and parity in political processes.
